Patrick McCausland

Patrick is a founding partner of Singer & McCausland Co., LPA. Prior to forming Singer & McCausland Co., LPA in 2006, he was an associate attorney at Pratt Singer Papakirk, LPA. He works for individuals and corporate clients in matters related to estate planning, probate, trusts, business formation and real estate law. He has been practicing as an attorney for nearly two decades.

Patrick graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from Bowling Green State University.


Joe Mulligan

Joe joined Singer & McCausland Co., LPA in 2015. Prior to joining Singer & McCausland Co., LPA, he was an associate in the Dayton office of Faruki, Ireland & Cox, P.L.L., a law firm specializing in complex business litigation. He worked for corporate clients in matters related to antitrust, breach of noncompetition covenants, employment law, trade secret violations, immunity of political subdivision employees, insurance disputes, and legal malpractice.

Prior to that, Joe was in private practice, where he advised and represented clients in employment law matters, wage and hour/overtime claims, personal injury, business litigation, wills and probate administration, business transactions and domestic relations disputes.

Joe graduated magna cum laude from the University of Dayton School of Law. During law school, he served as a law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio for the Honorable Thomas M. Rose.


Andy Singer (retired)

Andy was a founding partner of Singer & McCausland Co., LPA, and practiced law for over 40 years. Prior to forming Singer & McCausland Co., LPA, he was in private practice in Middletown since 1976. He has been a trusted legal advisor for individuals and businesses. Andy’s general practice included the areas of contract, business, corporate, real estate, probate, trusts and estate planning. He also taught real estate law at the Middletown campus of Miami University.

Andy earned his law degree from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Miami University.
